Do not recommend (strongly agree)
Since I have moved to the Waldorf area, this is where I have been going for service work on my Durango SXT and have had nothing but a great experience, and all kudos to the my mechanic Ruben. When I started looking to upgrade to the Durango R/T this was the first place I thought of because the relationship with the service department. Now, my options avaible weren't vast but they had exactly what I was looking for and after hours of paperwork with trading in the SXT for the R/T, I made it out alive. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I get an email from my previous lender stating my payment for my SXT was successful. Thinking it must be a mistake, I call them and they have no record of me trading-in the SXT. I then follow up with the dealership and after being bounced around the financing department for about an hour, because they seem to notbe able to find any record of me even purchasing a car from them. I then find a competant individual. I was then informed they have 30 days to pay off the vehicle I traded in, but they are going to pay the ammount I owed at the time of purchase, of the SXT/RT trade-in, which entitles me a refund of whatever is left afterwards. Which after being sold on, "45-days of no payment" when buying the R/T, which now means nothing since I am paying on a car I no longer have. And to add to the nonsense, because the purchase went through their hours of operations, I was told to come beack the next day so they can do a full detail and gas it up. When i test drove it, my salesman is the one who pointed it out to me that it had 16 miles to empty. Now I did put $20 of gas in it so I could make it to and from work they next day, but after dropping it off to be cleaned and gassed up, they told me they are only allowed to be $40 in it. So I would recommend this dealership for service work, but ABSOLUTELY nothing else.

Buying use car
my experience was horrible. They weren't truthful. The change my paperwork for my car with out notifying me. Then send it to the bank. Change that said I didn't put down payment in which I did.

"I gotta say I hate buying a car with all the paperwork and the hours spent waiting and waiting but here was way different they went outta there way to make our area buying experience AMAZING and me and my family are very grateful for that even back in signing paperwork they went out of there way when payment was shocking they did what they could to make my wife smile and sigh with relief when they got are payment where we wanted so thank you demetrius Antonio for such a great 1st time buying a (BRAND NEW CAR EVER) experience I will definitely be sending people yalls way thanks again" -Chris Bartlett
