My 2021 Seltos broke down had to get it towed to service center and they cannot get it in for 2 months refuse to give me a loaner until they do a diagnostic which is going to take a week because they are short staffed not sure how this is my problem? Told me I can rent a car from them for $38 dollars a day, my Seltos only has 42,000 miles so it’s still under warranty had all maintenance done had to go elsewhere to get the maintenance completed because it takes over a month to get in. I guess they have so many lemons to fix, so it’s not an outside source. I was told when I bought it they would take care of me no matter what. Has not happened yet, perhaps this is why they are so short staffed?? Do they know about Maines lemon law?

Horrible experience
I went to buy a Nissan Murano. Dealers near me were offering deep discounts and a friend saw a flier advertising other cars at discount at Charlies. I called to see if they were offering a discount on the Murano as well. I was told come on up, we can make a deal. I went. They test drove my car as I test drove the Murano. When it came to deal, there was no deal and the offer on my car was pitiful. It was an easy decision to make to walk. But when I walked outside to get in my car, it was nowhere to be found. I went back in to ask where it was parked and was given a point out to the back of the parking lot. parked all by itself. It was the penalty I paid for not completing the deal but it is their penalty that I write this review and will continue to let my friends know to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHARLIES.

Service dept went above and beyond
My husband and I were making a 15-hour-drive from Ohio to Acadia National Park in Maine. Just two hours from our destination, the transfer case on our 2016 Jeep Wrangler exploded, leaving us stranded on the highway in Augusta. Our vehicle was towed to the nearest Jeep dealership, Charlie’s Motor Mall. We were shaken up, stressed about getting to our vacation, and unsure when the Jeep could be repaired. The team at Charlie’s worked quickly to get us in a rental, even moving luggage and supplies for us from our Jeep into the rental! We were back on the road in no time. Over the next few days, Charlie’s worked closely with our insurance company to expedite the repairs, keeping us informed at every turn. Not only did they fix our Jeep in record time, they also addressed an unrelated warranty issue which offered us the rental vehicle at no charge! Thanks to Cory, Heidi, Steve and the gang, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. Turns out Maine is a beautiful state… and home to a lot of great people.
