BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICES!
BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICES! VANS ADVERTISED WERE SOLD. THE ONE LEFT WE HAD A DEAL BUT THEY DRAGGED IT ON FOR 3 DAYS CUZ THEY WANTED THE FINANCING TO MAKE MORE MONEY...THEN WHEN WE SHOWED UP TO SIGN PAPERS AND TAKE THE VEHICLE, WE WERE TOLD BY THE USED CAR MANAGER THAT WE HAD TO BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY SO THEY COULD MAKE MORE MONEY...HE SAID HE COULDN'T SELL IT FOR THE AMOUNT WE AGREED ON. SO IN THE LAST INNING, AFTER DRIVING A DISTANCE BACK AND FORTH, THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT. SO WE WALKED. THEY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION AMONST OTHER AUTO DEALERSHIP COMPANIES...THE OWNER NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO RESPOND TO OUR EMAIL (WE WERE STILL WILLING TO BUY THE VAN AT THE PRICE WE ALL AGREED TO (AFTER 9 HOURS). INSTEAD, WE GOT A BETTER VAN AT A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP IN COVINGTON, WITH LESS MILES, FOR A BETTER PRICE! GOOD KARMA FOLLOWED US AFTER THAT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DON'T SHOP HERE, DON'T TAKE YOUR SERVICE HERE, RUN, JUST RUN AWAY. (YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY...STUFF ROLES DOWNHILL SO IT STARTS WITH THE OWNER AND MANAGERS.) SHAME, CUZ ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS HONOR THE AGREEMENT WE HAD.

Unfortunately, when you showed up we happened to be selling our used Promaster's to another customer already. We tried our best to locate you the vehicle you were seeking but it had less miles than the original so you did agree on financing to make the deal work. When you decided to switch to paying cash we weren't able to continue with our original agreement. We wish you the best of luck with your vehicle that you purchased elsewhere.

I got the best offer without the add ons compared to other dealers the whole of Louisiana and may I add the Houston area. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues and surely get my next vehicle with them.
