Bergeron Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Three weeks ago I set up an appointment for an oil change and a check engine light. My appointment was for 7:30 on 3/31. I was there by 7:30. Considering service is open 1/2 day Saturday my truck should be done by Monday. I didn't hear anything Monday. Call Tuesday 3 times before finally reach someone. I was told my truck hadn't even been looked at. Called today again took 5 times before I got someone to tell me nothing has been done yet. Tomorrow will be 7 days. ( I did not include Sunday) and still nothing.

They are the Most Crooked Dealership I have ever dealt with. I spent three months in almost daily communication through texts and emails and phone calls. They had me fill out the credit app, and my score is over 860. They had me sign a purchase agreement, had me send in a copy or Drivers License and Insurance. And they had me sign a purchase agreement at MSRP for a very Limited and discontinued 2021 Trackhawk. They eventually called me and said they had 47 other buyers at way over MSRP and screwed me out of the Vehicle. I did retain a Louisiana Law firm to look about Suing them. Ironically I am now in the Movie Industry and my next movie starts in New Orleans. Oh, how I plan to have my Lead "A" lister actor Rip the Dealership in my Movie. Lets see how they will like that. Karma.

They were very well informed on all types of vehicles. Small dealership, they were very personal. They have high standards on their used cars. They were very willing to address issues that we were concerned about.
