I don’t think they’re capable of caring about any of
I don’t think they’re capable of caring about any of their customers. The guys in service are pleasant but leadership is terrible. Unlike other dealerships, they will only honor the lifetime warranty if you take the vehicle to this specific dealership even though they own many others. There is a Rod Hatfield 10 miles from my house but we have to drive an hour away for an oil change. Do yourself a favor and buy someplace else.

For years we have had to take time off work and travel
For years we have had to take time off work and travel over an hour each way to get the oil change at this dealership in order to maintain the power train warranty. Would have been. nice to know it was voided in 2022 when we were 100 miles over for oil change. Back then you had to make an appt and there was a wait to get an appt. We were shown no mercy. We were deceived and will never do business with Rod Hatfield again.

Hatfield always does a good job on my Dodge Ram. They seem thorough, get the job done in a timely manner and are courteous even to a female truck owner!
