Don't go there can't even get the .manager on the phone. Pretty darn sad

I was told my trade in vehicle would be worth $3,200 and then when the paperwork was written up it said $2,000. I’m working on getting my $1,200 refund. Also, the paperwork was inaccurate on my sales price total and what was to be financed by $500. I don’t know if these were simply clerical errors or if the dealership was trying to take advantage of me. Extremely disappointed right now with the entire process!!! I’m also waiting to hear back as to how my GAP insurance will be refunded that I cancelled.

Is there a way to leave zero stars? Leaving even one is a compliment. Very disappointed with this dealership. I trade my car in October 2025. They messed the payoff up not once but three times. I wouldn’t be surprised if I receive a tax bill for it this year. Also the very next day after purchasing my vehicle my best friend and her husband bought a new jeep and a used jeep. Them telling me and them I would receive a $200 check for referral. It is now almost February and I have not received anything! I’ve called. They give me the run around. It’s waiting for processing or I’ll call you back! Is the answers I get! Anyway I’m highly disappointed. Don’t buy from here!
