Ram had my truck 19 days and did absolutely nothing to
Ram had my truck 19 days and did absolutely nothing to it, we called 13 times with 3 return phone calls,no update. They said it took 9 days together the part, it was never installed. Will isn't very good, and I feel like this is a very weak department. Im going to try Flint hill in Manhattan, people tell me Shane Sommer is awesome to work with. Im done with Topeka Ram

Had a not so great experience visiting the dealership on my behalf… got a call from the sales manager talk it over with him and am very happy to give them a better visit in which I hope it leads to a purchase of a New Truck

Sucked!
Sucked!! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had… learned truck was deleted hail dents all over the hood and they wanted a whole life story … all I wanted to do is to test drive the truck to see if I liked it not to buy it… needless to say I won’t be back there anytime soon!!
