Spot on customer care
I had a great experience with Gaddis from ordering my Ram 3500 diesel with Jordan Voltz to my return for service. I live 55 miles apart and I will drive the extra mile for their service. I had my second oil change/tire rotation and fuel filter replacement. I don't know how they can do it but their prices were far less than my local Ram dealer. I was treated well with all that I dealt with while at Gaddis.

Dealership is fine! Disappointed that Chrysler doesn’t have parts for a 13 year old car. Surprised as I sat alone in the showroom not one salesperson said Hi let alone if they could help me with anything. I was in the sales end of the automotive business for 37 years. When seeing someone I always greeted them.
