This is my second time coming to this dealership for the express lane oil change and services. Paul has always been there and this man is the shining example of customer service. Polite, professional, communicates effectively, and goes out of his way to make sure you're taken care of! I highly recommend Tom O'Brien from ALL my experiences.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs. I worked with a new sales rep (he is a good guy) and discussed the current price said I was interested and if they would accept my offer. The next day the price on the website went up by $1,000. We got the used car manager involved who offered the car for 28.3k all in including delivery (I have the quote). He said he would send me some more pictures on a couple of problem spots on the car but I never received any. The next day they said they offered it to someone else even though I had already been working with them the day before and had a direct offer from the used car sales manager. Anyone else should of been put behind me pending my purchase. Clearly they racked up some interest, jacked up the price and pushed the lower offer they had made to me out. NOT a very ethical way of doing business for a measly 1,000. Don't do business with these people. An interesting fact by the following week the car was still listed for sale on their website.
