Called and set an appointment for service 2 weeks prior. Dropped off vehicle night before the 10AM Appointment. Called Service center at 4:30PM as I needed my car for the next day, Was told that they had not had an opportunity to look at and would need to keep the vehicle overnight to the next day.I needed my vehicle for the next day, that was the reason that I had set an appointment weeks in advance. Picked my car up and completed service elsewhere. Purchased my car new from Dellen as I am a local business owner and want to do business with local companies.While I am now in the market for a new Jeep not sure that Dellen would be my choice as it didn't seem that they were interested in taking care of customers they already had.
