I have had bad luck in working with dealerships. Fletcher was amazing--they offered to buy me out from the bad deal I'd gotten myself into, and got me into a much better vehicle. Dick Giles was no pressure; which is not always my experience at dealerships. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way I was treated.

I brought my old Jeep in for service and the service department was so good in explaining the issues and potential costs with keeping that vehicle on the road that I decided to purchase a new one. Their knowledge, engagement and exceptional service is the best I have ever experienced.

I picked up a new 2026 ram 1500 and the entire experience
I picked up a new 2026 ram 1500 and the entire experience with Fletcher’s was awesome. I found the truck that I wanted, but it didn’t have leather seats. I talked to Will and we was able to have it leather seats installed within 24 hours. I think the entire deal from first contact once I signed the paperwork was less than 48 hours. And everything was over done over the phone and text messages. Fletcher’s and Will was awesome to deal with!! thank you for an amazing experience
