Great inventory, frustrating buying experience.
Great inventory, frustrating buying experience. The dealership has a great selection of vehicles and plenty of inventory to choose from. Unfortunately, the purchasing process took about 6 hours, which was far longer than expected. The advertised price ended up being $2,000 higher because I didn’t qualify for the listed discounts, which was disappointing and not very transparent upfront. There were also way too many phone calls and texts from the salesperson, even after I had already made contact. I also felt significant pressure to purchase a warranty that I did not want. The hard push for expensive warranties actually made me question the quality of the vehicle and almost caused me to back out of the deal altogether. Overall, good cars, but the sales process felt overly aggressive and exhausting.

Jason was an absolute wonderful salesman.
Jason was an absolute wonderful salesman. Normally my husband deals with this stuff.. I have a very strong aversion to high pressure salespersons and truly don’t like car shopping for this very reason. I spent 9 hours at Auffenberg VW that day and will say NOT once did Jason or the floor manager treat me with anything but patience, kindness & respect. Zero pressure, from either of them and I have a beautiful new car. Definitely ask for to Jason.
