Saw the vehicle that I wanted online on that Tuesday, told them about it and stated that I had 2K for a down payment. They text me the next day and I told them that I will be there on Friday evening and asked them if I am qualified to purchase that particular vehicle because the car lot is a distance away from me and don't want my time and money coming out there to be wasted . Was texted a few times , including that Friday morning to remind me about the appointment I had that Friday. When i arrived , I was told that the vehicle was sold the night before. When the salesperson told me it was sold I saw a little notice stating that it was in stock . I had the salesperson show me several cars . I knew I wasn't going to buy any but if you waste my time and moneybthen I'll send that same energy back to you .

The worst dealership also service center sucks the guy Brad that’s in service does not need to be working there he has no knowledge of what was wrong with my car. I have a BMW, the drive train malfunction 2 message came across my screen of my car. I was told that it meant that my BMW warranty was about to expire. I looked at him like he was crazy. I told him that that was incorrect and if a warranty was about to expire, BMW would have called or sent a message in an email my car was there for approximately five days without being told anything and when I called to keep checking on my vehicle, I was put through different services a guy named Dawayne had me call back because he was supposed to be looking for me. A rental vehicle gave me his personal cell phone number told me to call back at four and did not even answer or reply back on the other hand my sales person. Justin was very nice and helpful. He did call me back after me constantly calling checking up because no one else thought enough to give me a call other than him. Good sales person overall.
