The service on my Charger R/T was excellent. I brought the car in due to a check engine light that turned out to be a sensor failure. The dealer also noticed a leak in the water pump and repaired it under warranty.

Quick and easy.
Quick and easy. Negotiated and signed all paperwork while I was airborne. No voice communication. No surprises. Drove 5 hours the following day and left 15 minutes later with my new vehicle - sight unseen. Simple and didn’t waste any time. Was exactly as I expected.

Brought my car in for an alignment.
Brought my car in for an alignment. Picked it up and the car still pulled demonstrably to the right. Brought it back in a week later. Picked it up late on a Friday and was told that it was “tire drift” (but another alignment test hadn’t been performed as requested). Still pulling hard to the right as if I had never brought it in in the first place. Having to bring it back for a third time tomorrow so that the alignment can be corrected (hopefully). If they’re incapable of doing so, I’d rather they just say so and give me a refund rather than continue to waste my time…
