I helped my dad purchase a Jeep from this dealership as a birthday surprise for his wife. From the start, there were several issues that we chose to overlook to keep the process moving. Unfortunately, the final and most serious mistake crossed the line. The Buyer?s Order clearly listed my dad as the buyer but explicitly stated the vehicle was to be titled in his wife?s name. We provided her driver?s license and all required information at the time of purchase. Despite this, the dealership titled the vehicle incorrectly in my dad?s name. Mistakes happen ? but what matters is how they?re handled. Once the incorrect title arrived, both the salesman and the sales manager completely ghosted us. Calls and texts went unanswered, and no one took responsibility for fixing their error. Because of their lack of response and accountability, we were forced to pay $275 out of pocket to retitle the vehicle ourselves, simply to avoid further dealing with this dealership. This was supposed to be a special gift, and instead it became an unnecessary headache due to carelessness and poor customer service after the sale. If you?re considering buying here, understand that once paperwork is signed and money changes hands, you may be on your own if something goes wrong.
