Sorry service department they didnt fix a proble
I took my van to them it wouldnt start they had it for a few days told me it wasnt fuel pump but a couple days later said it was fuel pump they replaced it and a bad wire called said it was fixed but when i went to get it technican took me to van said fuel pump was bad but it might not start when i turn it off and gave ma a short peice of wire and told me if it doesnt start to hold wire on battery hot side then hold it to fuel pump fuse then start van rute then i knew what happened to my fuel pump they burned it up

After a poor judgement call by my 74 year old mother on purchasing a vehicle here, I negotiated a return. The manager agreed to a 1200.00 loss on our end which I agreed to. My mother returned the vehicle and neglected to read the fine print. They stole 4000.00 from her at that point. Crooks.

Cody Jeffers GM not a man of his word, no ethics
Buyer Beware, the General Manager Cody Jeffers word means absolutely nothing. Told me nearly a month ago he would have “his dent guy” repair damage to my car that was caused in their detail shop. He even said he would send the guy to my place of work to make it more convenient for me. Now he avoids my phone calls, will not return my messages, no follow up. Nothing. Buyer Beware, these are the type of Ethics (or the lack thereof) your dealing with.
