Buyer beware of $2995 upcharge on all vehicles from list price. "Parks plus" upcharge adds little value and is non-negotiable. Dealership admits to using it as a tactic to bring in customers by lowering the list price. Denise was very friendly and helpful. Do not waste your time here.

Service sucks told 1 1/2 hrs so I made an appointment. Came back for said appointment told 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. This is just an oil change.

As with every dealership that listed Honda CRV's with Cars.com it was extremely difficult to get an out of the door price. With Carmax and Carvana you were able to access the final price on the website. We went with Carmax because Carvana doesn't let you test drive before purchase. On a used car what's up with that? if the cars.com dealership did eventually, grudgingly provide the out of the door price it was invariably higher than CarMax, or if it was comparable there was invariably either an accident or a lien on the vehicle. The 24 hour test drive was also a nice feature offered by CarMax, really let you get to know the vehicle that you were going to spend $30,000 on. The CarMax facility was huge with hundreds of used cars and all the associates, young, friendly and helpful, with a preponderance of women, were busy helping customers during our 2 visits. This should be a message to used car dealers everywhere. The days of the sleazy used car salesman, of getting the customer attached to the car and then steadily jacking up the price before the final deal is reached are over. I am going to spread the word that CarMax shows you the out of the door price, online, and treats their customers well. I am sure that many of their other satisfied customers will do the same. You might pass this review on to all your dealers, so that they will be able to compete with CarMax in the future.
