I visited the dealership and was able to walk around by myself, which I like to do, before I was approached by Miguel Hernandez. We exchanged pleasantries and I told him what I was in the market for. From that point on Miguel provided outstanding customer service and was the interface between myself and the Courtesy Team. We discussed pricing and after some follow up with Miguel I decided to complete the purchase a few days later and delivery a day or two after that. Overall a pleasant relaxed atmosphere and transaction. In dealing with Miguel there was no pressure and he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and the sales process. Concerning any future auto acquisitions I will definitely return and work with Miguel.

Have been looking at the Chrysler 300 since I first saw one. I came across one that was slightly used. I contacted the dealership and Walter McKibben was so helpful. He and the finance manager both bent over backwards to get me into the car!!!
