I recently purchased a Dodge Durango and had the pleasure of working with Shivas Patel, and honestly, he made the whole experience feel effortless. From the moment I walked in, he was patient, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. Shivas took his time walking me through every detail, answering all my questions, and making sure I understood every part of the process. What really stood out was his patience. I asked a lot, compared a lot, and took my time, and Shivas stayed cool, supportive, and genuinely helpful the entire way. You can tell he truly cares about getting you into the right vehicle, not just making a sale.
