Had a great experience shopping with beck. Was in a tight spot when I got there. Tracy was extremely helpful. He worked his butt off to get me in a vehicle at a payment I could afford. Great place great people and now I have a great new vehicle

Ryan is the man!
Ryan is the man! Extremely helpful, no pressure sales approach. I asked him questions, he answered. Also when I asked for out the door numbers, he gave them to me, no xx about having to come into the dealership or the… I just need some info from you before I can answer that. Just helpful and direct. Great experience! Highly recommend.

I feel that because I am in Ohio.
I feel that because I am in Ohio...and my daughter is a student at UF...that the distance was the underlying reason that the dealership came up with a plethora of questionable diagnoses for a vehicle with low mileage. I feel that the dealership attempted to take advantage of the distance and my eagerness to have my daughter's vehicle serviced. I ended up only having the "warranty work" completed at the dealership and used a Gainesville mechanic for a second opinion and some other service repairs. Unfortunately, my "local" mechanic said that all of the other diagnosed issues- totally $4800 from Beck...weren't truly issues...and the one glaring issue he diagnosed (brake fluid) wasn't even documented as an issue from Beck. It's definitely disappointing to feel that a male driven industry would attempt to take advantage of such a situation.
