We only discovered this shocking information when we tried to trade the vehicle in, long after the sale was complete. By then, the damage, financial and otherwise was already done. Failing to disclose an accident history this severe is not a small mistake. It is a blatant lack of integrity. A vehicle with four accidents is significantly devalued and raises serious concerns about safety and long-term reliability. The fact that this information was never shared tells us exactly how this dealership operates: say as little as possible, take the money, and let the customer suffer the consequences. We were effectively stuck with a vehicle we never would have agreed to buy had we been told the truth. That is not how honest businesses treat people; it’s how deceptive ones do.
