I took my vehicle to an appointment with the service
I took my vehicle to an appointment with the service department due to a factory recall. It was suggested that I take a loan vehicle. I had planned on waiting for it, but didn’t realize the length of time needed to correct the problem. It was ready late the next afternoon for pickup. I appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Very Bad Business!!!!!!! I Brought my vehicle into there service center for an oil change and mechanic nipped my radiator and broke it for some reason. They replaced my factory radiator with an off market radiator and was told my vehicle fixed and ready.. Upon driving my vehicle home my car went to running hot so I turned back around and took it back to them just for them to say they forgot to replace my hose to radiator 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ I didn’t feel safe with them working on my vehicle anymore so I told them to transfer my car to Mercedes dealership and they refused to transfer my car and I was told that they fixed my car again and that I had to take my car back or I can trade it in. So I decided to look into trading my vehicle in to them in which they checked my credit 6 times which left multiple hard iniquities on my credit report.. So unfortunately I had no choice but to trade my dream Mercedes Benz truck in to them cause they hurt my credit report and I did not feel safe driving that vehicle again. I was not given any discount or any special discount on the vehicle I traded for or was not treated with the proper care I should have been treated with after there mistakes they made… I took my Dream car Into there professional mechanics for an simple oil change and left there with an ugly long dodge jeep truck.🤦♂️🤦♂️ They screwed me with no care in the world and the general manager was the one holding the screw driver🤷🏾♂️ Long as I love I will never in my life go back there I don’t care if I had to walk around I will never spend my money there or with other local dodge dealerships because it’s an family oriented business.. Tried to speak to HR department but never get an answer or never receive a phone call back after leaving multiple messages… Very bad experience with no remorse or sympathy from the service manager or from the general manager..

Nell, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that this situation caused you frustration and stress. That is never the experience we want any customer to have. We do want to clarify what took place and how we addressed the concern. During your initial visit, our technician did accidentally puncture the radiator. We immediately took responsibility for that mistake and replaced the radiator at no cost to you. You were also provided a rental vehicle at no cost for the entire duration of the repair. Once repairs were completed, the vehicle was fully tested and road tested with no issues. After the vehicle was picked up the following day and driven approximately 10 to 15 miles, a coolant temperature code appeared. The vehicle was not overheating. The code was caused by an air pocket in the cooling system, which can occasionally occur after a cooling system repair. We brought the vehicle back in right away to properly bleed the system and correct the issue. During that process, a plastic coolant hose broke due to age and brittleness. That hose was also replaced immediately at no cost to you. At every step, we worked to correct the issue as quickly as possible, covered all repairs, and ensured the vehicle was safe to drive. We understand that trust is extremely important, especially when it comes to your vehicle, and we regret that this situation left you feeling uncomfortable. Our intention was always to do the right thing and take care of the situation to the best of our ability.
