Salesman Reggi did a Stellar job.
Salesman Reggi did a Stellar job... Service sucked the wind right out of those sails... Joe ,the consummate lier, made numerous Outragious statements. "It's OK to drive it with the Check Engine light on, it's under warranty". "OH, they ALL do that". "RAM is working on that, it'll be fixed NEXT quarter". And on and on. Trying to talk to a Responsible adult is an endless exercise, management is Well insulated and you Will NOT get a return call...ever. Shop elsewhere folks, you've been warned... Edit: Svc. Dept had truck for 3 days yet did nothing, stated,"Stellantis was working on a fix". How can a dealership sell a new vehicle with known faults??? And by the way, truck was returned to me dirty with greasy finger/hand prints on door and fenders. I asked the Head Liar in charge as to why my vehicle was not cleaned, his straight faced reply," You have to request us to wash it".... Sad...very very sad

Purchased a 2025 Jeep Gladiator which they delivered to
Purchased a 2025 Jeep Gladiator which they delivered to me 80 miles away after test drive Jeep had about 90 miles on it took it for 3 short drives at 125 miles engine light came on and the auto off engine said was malfunctioning and needed to be serviced. Contacted dealer and they said to drive it to them when I explained that should not be driven that far with engine light on they said they had no tow truck to come get it this far away never explaining that it had roadside assistance. So I sent them pic of mileage and asked if they would just switch it out for a different one. They explained the only ones they had were $2500 more but they needed to charge me another $5117 for extra taxes and another dealer fee. I told them I was not paying the $5117 but would pay the $2500 to which they pretty much just told me it was my problem. So now I have no vehicle and have reported them to the Jeep manufacturer and the Jeep is in the dealership near where I live. They were totally against doing anything to help me with this issue even after I explained that it’s my only transportation they still insisted that it would be $5117 to switch it out. The GM at this dealership really could use some customer service experience and I would highly advise anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from them to steer clear of this dealership and consider traveling further to a business that actually care about their customers. Very unhappy at this moment as I’m going to have to go rent a car and hope for reimbursement from Jeep manufacturer. I have no idea how long it will take to fix as I was told by service manager where the car is now that’s it’s a very serious problem. Please be advised that this dealership is only out for their bottom line and have no concern for their customers.
