embarrassed to admit this - TOTAL rip off. 8 hours of haggling on new car when we only wanted a used car.. Should have walked out. Two cars to trade, they took the keys away from us as soon as we walked in. Never got to see the used we wanted - most likely did no have it. Pushed the new - lower interest - 7K cash down and then when paperwork emailed there was 10K added to the total. WISH we had just walked out. Im sure they got a good laugh after we left. In over 50 years never had such an experience. Told them could not afford this car so will just go until have to file bankruptcy, tired hungry over it we signed. BEWARE Older, so they took advantage of us.
