Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever!!! this company is full of liars stay away at all cost please!!! Not only were they slow with responses that took a literal 3 days of useless runaround, just to tell me they don’t negotiate prices with out of state buyers, they also posted the truck I inquired about on their website and confirmed with me that it was $46,000 as listed and after the worst response time I’ve ever experienced they decided to attach a bunch of unnecessary add-ons I didn’t want onto the vehicle before even sending me the quote which came out to $58,000 a whole $12,000 more than I was told the truck was listed for. Long story short save your time energy and hard earned money and go somewhere else!

I purchased a used 2023 vehicle on December 31, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The dealership claims to perform a $1,000+ 100-point inspection, but that clearly did not happen. Shortly after purchase, I discovered a blown speaker, a broken control arm, and the need for all new tires—issues that should have been caught before the sale. I didn’t notice the vehicle shaking until highway driving and was initially told it only needed tires, which I was prepared to pay for. However, additional mechanical problems surfaced, costing me $2,700 out of pocket. On top of that, an extra $1,600 was nearly added to the financing, which I caught before signing. This experience caused a significant loss of trust. I would strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution at Miami Lakes Automall Chevrolet
