My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. They failed to follow through on their promises, and the lack of transparency made the entire process confusing and stressful. Whenever an issue came up, each department tried to shift the blame to someone else instead of resolving the problem. I cannot recommend this dealership based on how I was treated.

I don’t usually leave reviews here, and if I have done more than ten up to this point, please call me out for being a hypocrite. But this needed to be said first and foremost. The day after Thanksgiving, I was given the unfortunate news that my vehicle of 10 years with 123,456 miles on it was basically at the point that it couldn’t be saved. A new vehicle had to be chosen. So, I looked at some options. I looked into a Toyota 4Runner and wasn’t all that pleased (Mainly because the professionalism from the dealership’s employees but that’s another story), went to Ford and tried out numerous Broncos (If I was my Dad, that’s what I would’ve ended with), and finally ended up here. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dury Fernandez; who out of all of the Dealers I encountered during this search was the most charismatic and sharpest dressed of them all. First there was some confusion when I told him I was looking into a car; but I think my shyness took over and heard “Part.” After that tidbit, he calmly asked what I was looking for, and we discussed my previous encounters with the other dealerships. Finally, he worked it out and recommended a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I at first wasn’t so sure about. Because I was picturing a LONG-sized vehicle, and while that did exist, he found one for me that was the perfect size. We test drove it and it felt good to go through the parking lot and the road with it. Until one moment, I did a U-Turn. You wanna talk about a moment that makes you realize you’re in the right time and the right place? It was that. The U-Turn felt so graceful, not at all resistant, it did not feel like this vehicle could do something like that, but here we are. We went back to the dealership, and we discussed how the payments were going to be, you know, wire transfer information and stuff like that. And I went home to sleep on it. The next day I called Dury and told him if he wanted to make a deal. We finalized it, worked with Rene and got everything all squared away. And now that it’s been over 24 hours, being happier is an understatement for everything they all did for me. I hope this review and helps anyone who is worried about making the move to a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge; can show them that it’s not only the car that can help them with their choice; but the people who can help you see the bigger picture.

I took my Wagoneer in for an oil change & tire rotation. While they had it in they checked my tires, breaks & all fluids. When they were done I received a full report for my records. They were done on time and they washed my car. It was great service in a timely manner.
