The service department, from the manager to the techs
The service department, from the manager to the techs seem to be incompetent and poorly trained in there profession! My 2025 Wagoneer has been 6x for the same issue, or a separate issue created by them while attempting to fix the original problem! Nobody is service seems to know what to do orv hope to resolve the issue! They really give Huston a black eye, because besides the service department, sales was a really good experience! I would have gave them Zero Stars if I could cause they really aren’t good at there profession in the service department! Also very poor communication between them and customer!
