On our initial visit, the salesman (Alan) was not very friendly and he even answered a call and walked away while we were talking to him, without even excusing himself. We went back 2 days later and things had improved. We bought the truck and made arrangements to pick it up on Wednesday, 7/25 which would give us time to remove all of our belongings from the trade-in vehicle and for them to have some minor scratches buffed out of the truck we were buying. There was a locked pin in the receiver which they assured us would be removed (they did not have a key) before we picked it up, since we will be towing a travel trailer. They said that Alan wouldn't be there when we picked it up but Kyle would. Alan also said that when we picked it up, they would go over the Sirius radio and blue tooth options with us. They said they would try to transfer our tag but weren't sure if they could because it might be a different class. We left a message for Kyle yesterday to make sure everything was set for us to pick up the truck last night. He never returned our call. Then last night we went to pick up the truck as scheduled. Alan was off and Kyle was at the Chevrolet dealership. The receptionist called Kyle to tell him that we were there but he didn’t come to meet with us. The locked pin was still in the receiver - Service cut it off for us but we had to ask them to. No one was available to go over the Sirius radio or Bluetooth with us - we will have to figure this out on our own. No one could tell us about the tag so we took it off the trade-in truck ourselves (we had to borrow a screwdriver from Service). If they couldn't transfer it, I guess they'll let us know. No one came to look at the trade-in vehicle to make sure it was in the same condition that it was in when they made the sale. We were just handed the keys and the receptionist (who was very overworked) told us Congratulations. This is really not the kind of service that we expected to receive based on your advertisements. It seemed like once the sale was made, we just weren't that important.

I was shopping online for a car. I drive passed ig Burton all the time on my way to work. So I checked online to see if they had any cars I might like. I found one they called me and asked to run my credit never called me to assist me with finding a vehicle. Nothing... I didn't need credit I was going to buy a vehicle cash. Mike was the salesman name. He never kept in touch every time I call he never answers or calls me back. So this hit my credit score for nothing.

Came in to buy a used car and ended buying a used AND a new car. Vinny Stephano was great! Helped me get exactly what I was looking for and I didnt have to spend hours looking or closing the paperwork out.
