I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Anthony Salvatore and he was as knowledgeable and accommodating as it comes. The whole team did a great job getting the financing done quickly and explaining to me all the features of the vehicle. I will definitely recommend people to visit this dealership when purchasing there next car.

Howard was my sales person he was very nice he was patient with me even know I was a little difficult but that’s how I am when it comes to buying a car .Tony in service was nice to deal with but the manager James was not I had an issue with the car as soon as I left the lot I brought it to there attention and they seemed to want to work with me on it but they didn’t want me to use my dealership we’re I lived and it’s a long ride out to Shakers Dodge Jeep but I did get the first problem fixed at my dealership but they won’t let me get the second thing fixed there they want me to go out to there dealership to have it fixed out there and I think that’s kinda upsetting to me cause it’s so far away and they originally told me they had no problem letting me use my dealership to get both things fixed but other than that everything so far has been good .

The salesman, Zack, was wonderful. I was dreading going through the car buying process. I looked at many dealerships and talk to many sales people but Zack by far Is the best to work with. He answered questions immediately yet was not overly pushy at all. I highly recommend this dealership, especially working with Zack as a salesman. I could not be happier with my purchase.
