showed up and then waited, and waited and waited

I had an appt for 8 am. and showed up on time. I had a recall for the drivers side airbag, and was told it would or might take an hour, so I said fine. I had my pup with me so we went for a walk. I came back and l saw that my car had no budged from where I parked it. I don't recall how long I had waited, but thought okay. So off we went again, now this tine it was over an hour and peaking on two. I was getting tired and so pup and I . went inside and sat. I waited about 15 minutes and then went back out with pup. Now it was getting a little ridiculous and so I went back in and spoke with whom I thought was the manager and told him my situation, and he spoke with the service people and within 5 minutes my car was in the shop. Just about 20 minutes my car was done.

I thought I was getting the internet price of 27,977 but actually paid 29,977. Did not know my mistake . did not find out till after I got home. talked to my salesman and he said he could not help deal is done. internet department is different then sales. I feel if you are willing to offer why can't you give the 2,000 off. I guess because I did not understand and signed enough said. 2,000 is a lot of money to me but the little guy always gets taken advantage of.I will not recommend Korf to any of my farmer or rancher friends. Was excited about the truck but not anymore. can't even get the keypad to work. stinks to be me Thomas L Hileman
