Grand Junction Chrysler Dodge Jeep

First of I Love my car. I am so glad that they found a bank to take my credit. I brought car (October 30th, 2025) with 3000.00 down and found that there was a blemish on drivers car right after signing, which did not reflect on the CarFax. Upon buying my car I was told by Bailey that all that I had to call her if I needed anything. She has failed to email me back regarding even a question regarding Oil changes (Proof In Hand). After two weeks I had discovered the clear coat on my car chipping. I brought this to Maintenance manager (Alex) after consulting reception. She stated that she asked Bailey (Sales person). ALEX told me that it was rock chips. I may be a woman but I am not stupid and was told they were rock chips. They are clearly NOT. I was also told that I needed to consult their(Gerber) auto body shop I talked to head auto body gentleman. The manager of the shop (Alex) called Gerber before my arrival. (proof in hand). Gerber told me that my paint chipping was due to rock chips and it will start to rust. This car is a 2024 Dodge Durango. All I am asking that they make it right and they refuse. I have redirected two of my co workers to buy a new car away from this company. I will not ever buy a car again. They are dishonest. All this information is backed up by emails and screen shots of voicemails.

If I could leave a negative 10 stars, I would. Please know before reading this, we have no feeling or sense of entitlement; we simply needed help and or guidance. We were vacationing in Ouray when our Dodge 3500 gave a warning that the exhaust filter was full. We called the dealership for help and to find out when they could schedule an appointment to assess what needs to be done. (We are 900 miles from home!!! We had the truck serviced locally before we left to ensure we had no problems for our trip.) But we did. And when we called the dealership, we believed Dodge would be there and take care of us, or at least help in some way, but we were VERY wrong—they never called us back after we left several messages. There was no help, no assistance, and showed no concern. Just never called back - EVER or answered the phone! Is this what the Dodge company is about? I would hope not. I believe it is this non-dependable dealership. However, thank God, we did find help from the Double Bar mechanic here in Montrose. They are great folks and even drove us to get a rental car. GRAND JUNCTION DODGE...do better by people... especially ones that need you and are stranded! And answer your phone! Call people back! And ask yourself, would you want to be done like this!

I am writing this review because of the exceptional experience I received at this dealership. I was in the market for a new truck, new to me and my family. I was introduced to my salesman, Mason Slinger, who i actually meet online and then set an appointment to look at a vehicle. That vehicle did not work out, but Mason and his team there with the used cars, was very patient and thorough when it came to the needs of me and my family. We looked at multiple vehicles, over many weeks and a couple of months until all the planets aligned and everything worked out. My salesman, mason was excellent, the finance people were amazing to be able to put the deal together, within a budget that worked for me. After the actual purchase, i took the vehicle home and noticed some issues with vents that did not work properly so i took pictures and sent them to my salesman and asked him if there was anything he could do. They actually ordered all new ones, no cost to me, and this was not even on the "WE OWE" paperwork. We set an appointment, and I brought my truck there and everything was fixed. I am a 22 year retired Army Veteran, who has traveled all over this country. I have bought vehicle at over 50 different dealerships in multiple different States around the country. It is safe to say that I have never had such a great experience as I did here at Grand Junction Jeep Chrystler Dodge. From the Salesman to the finance, to the service tech who put in my new vents. Everyone i meet, saw, or came in contact with was just happy and professional. In a world where i thought customer service was lost, this establishment restored my hope that all is not lost. They have built a great culture and environment and from what i have seen and experienced a place where people actually want to go to work and are happy with their job.
