Really disappointed.
Really disappointed. I’ve been a long-time customer, and clearly that loyalty means nothing to this team. They can’t seem to retain employees, which speaks volumes about the operation. This dealership makes you feel like just another number, with no care for long-term relationships. There’s little to no follow-up, you have to chase them for updates, and it takes 5+ days just to diagnose a vehicle. I won’t be spending another penny here.

They had me in and out in 30 mins during my oil change
