Rydell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I contacted this dealership regarding my 2025 Ram 1500 with approximately 11,000 miles. Since early ownership, the vehicle has exhibited transmission behavior that does not appear on other comparable vehicles with the same transmission (I personally tested several such vehicles). During my visit, a test drive was conducted with a service representative, during which some of the symptoms occurred. I was told this behavior is considered “normal.” However, the vehicle was not accepted for warranty service due to the transmission department being busy, and I was advised to wait about two weeks or visit another dealership. I expected a more professional and customer-focused approach, especially given that this is a new, warranty-covered vehicle and a repeat visit. I hope dealership management will take situations like this into consideration.

I recently purchased a used car from Rydell. They overcharged me on taxes by more than $800 and registered the car in CA (or so they say) even though I live in WI which added an additional $340+ to my bill. I made it clear that I was registering the vehicle in WI. I've made several attempts to contact them with no response from managers. STAY AWAY! I wish I would have looked at their rating before purchasing from them.

This place is a total joke in every department they have. Their sales team is horrible. They are simply there to try and screw you. I have given them more than three opportunities to do business with me but it seems they are only interested in customers who are not familiar with the car buying process so they can take advantage of them. I never ended up leasing a car from here I always did it out of state. I still gave them business for their service department which is horrible. They are always backed up. Never have any appointment. And every time I bring my car in for something simple they always have the car for many days. Their work is lousy there has been times where I have gotten my oil changed and the light is still showing 8% life. They say they wash my car but it always looks even dirtier from when I dropped it off. They want to make every excuse to not make a tire warranty claim when I've literally paid for the protection. Any excuse from "you don't have one" "we can't process the claim" "we can sell you a tire though". PS. You can be sued for this. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Please go to any other dealer where you are welcomed. Keep in mind I have many other friends and family who have the same experience at this dealership. FOR CDJR CORPORATE I will NEVER be purchasing another car from this company simply because of RYDELL CDJR
