We just drove 260 miles round trip to find out that the vehicle advertised as new with 17 miles, was actually not on the lot, but the manager was using it as a demo and we were told it had 2000-4000 miles on it. These people are slimy to say the least. Prospective buyers should beware!!!!! I was rough on the people who I had contact with, but wouldn't you do the same if you wasted 7 hours on the I15 on a Saturday night. Buyers beware!!!!!

This place is evidentially run by AI. They are straight up liars here. I was told my trade in wasn't worth anything that they could not sell it basically they were doing me a favor by giving me I got for it. That it wasn't going up for sale on the lot it was going to auction. Wrong the car is for sale on their website for over double what they gave me for trade in. I know they have to make money and they mark them up. I get that it's the whole lying about it. Cars . Com says this whole thing about integrity and the dealerships they work with well this place is not one of those. Also they make you purchase all this other stuff on the vehicle your purchasing 3995 worth of what are supposed to be options. That they already charge the first person for when they bought the vehicle new so basically they recharged for them again. I told them I didn't want any off them and not to add them to the price they said that wasn't possible or allowed and they were already on the vehicle so I said to just not activate it well they wouldn't do that either the things they said the way they said them made it sound as if this is the way that all cars are sold new or used and that it would be that way no matter where I purchased a vehicle and whether it was new or used. Then I got a quote that had the sale price of the vehicle their options that aren't really options or so they told me sales taxes fees and it minused the amount of the trade in. The finale number didn't look great but wanted it lower what wasn't clearly shown was the cash they also wanted that was on the other side of the paper nowhere near the column with all the other numbers. I know I should of just walked don't know why I didn't. Back to my trade in being on their website and more of their lying. I know that car I had it for 16 years what they say is in the car and their description alot of it isn't true. Please beware of this dealership. I will post a review on any and all websites that this dealership uses. I am also in the process of seeking legal help/advice. I don't know the do's and don't as far as what they can or can't say if they can lie and if they can make you purchase items that are clearly stated on their website as options. I can at least warn others so they know what to expect. I feel as though I was taken advantage of I have never bought a used car before and I haven't purchased any vehicle in over 16 years I believed them when they told me that the options were not options. That made it sound like this is how cars come these days. Be careful and knowledgeable.
