The person who helped us out was nice and kind.
The person who helped us out was nice and kind. This being said, I feel that some things were over promised. For example, according to the service summary and receipt, all fluids were checked and refilled if needed, but my windshield wiper fluid wasn’t filled at all despite being empty. This makes me wonder what else might have been ignored. Also, the service seemed extremely costly just to update software when the car hadn’t been working and stopped on the freeway.
