I had an appointment with Rico Zazueta.
I had an appointment with Rico Zazueta. When I arrived he sold me Wilfredo was going to help me. There was no expression from Rico which should have been a warning for me. The sales process with Wilfredo was an absolute nightmare. He was pushy, pushy, pushy! According to him, I did not have an approval check, that I was only prequalified. NO!! I was already approved for a set amount with a check from my credit union. He tried to sell me on a “package” along with the vehicle which put me over my approved amount. Needless to say I got up and walked out. I ended up going down the street to Toyota and bought almost the same vehicle, but better. There was no hassle and they had no problem accepting my check. Avoid this dealership like the plague!

They use bait and switch tactics.
They use bait and switch tactics. They advertise prices on their vehicles that are $15-$20k lower than sticker then once you go to the actual dealership the price is way higher than sticker or any competitor’s price for same vehicle. Very shady. Made my husband wait 30 minutes after his appointment time. Unprofessional and inexperienced sales agent. Avoid this place unless you want to get scammed.

Best car buying experience I believe i have had. Julio was great right from the start. No game playing, listened to me, worked to get the 26 Rubicon I've dreamed of down and available to me at a price I was comfortable with. Great communication and response times, we did this all on the phone. Chris in finance was great also. Totally recommend Julio, Chris and Knight Claremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Thank you very much.
