Business ran a “Monopoly” promotion(get 3 in a row, you win). Apparently all mailed flyers claimed that you were winners.. which is technically true.. you win $3 if you show up. That’s one issue I have with them. The other is that the salesman I interacted with made jokes about my name & even repeated it to a salesperson that walked by.. He then proceeded to make jokes about what I would do with the money knowing I wasn’t a “big” winner.. When he gave me the coins I was confused, considering the flyer showed that I won $2000.. he said they all say that. & I said so y'all are just collecting peoples information & he said yes, but don’t look at it like that.. This gives me shady business vibes and I would not recommend anyone do business with them based on the interaction that I had with them today(2/8/25).

Went in for service the first time and found staff to be very friendly. Serviced my pickup and went the extra mile to get paper work in order. I believe they want to be the dealership you want to return to!

I recently had car trouble in West Memphis on a long road trip. AAA towed my car to this dealership and they were so kind and helpful. Hannah in the service department and Todd the technician but very polite and were able to fix my car so much more quickly than I had anticipated. And the biggest bonus was the fact that it didn't cost me anything because they realize that it was covered under a recent recall! I was quite impressed with politeness and professionalism of the service department.
