What I don’t recommend about this dealership is that they have had my vehicle since April 23,2025 to be given the run around about why my vehicle is not working properly was given a courtesy vehicle on several different occasions and then had a accident which mind you I have full coverage insurance to cover any damages to be told that I’m not allowed to be in another courtesy vehicle because of an accident which I feel that if they fixed my vehicle right the first time instead of trying to go the cheapest way out I wouldn’t have been in the situation that I was placed in so now I’m stuck without a vehicle which mind you like I said they have had my vehicle since April 23,2025 which is causing a strain on my job because I have no way back and forth to work. I have had to call the manufacturers to yet still not get any help. I can understand if I didn’t have any Insurance at all as to why they can’t place me in another courtesy vehicle regardless of the fact of what happened but this is unacceptable to have had my vehicle this long and I’m having to suffer and probably end up losing my home because I don’t have any transportation to get back-and-forth to work. I’ve called to have been given the runaround and I’m tired so can someone please give me some insight because this dealership is not what I would recommend to anyone that has had a vehicle for over seven months and can’t get down to the situation.

Extremely disappointing service and misleading promises!!!!!! We entrusted this dealership with repairs on my daughter's car beginning April 23, 2025. Since then, the issues have not been resolved, and we've been given repeated assurances that the car would be ready "this week." Each week, the date passes with no car completion and no clear explanation. The constant runaround and lack of accountability are unacceptable. We've experienced repeated missed deadlines, unreturned calls, and vague excuses. We're considering options for filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and pursuing further action. If you value transparency and timely service, avoid Frank Fletcher Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sherwood and seek a shop with demonstrable reliability.

Bought my Ram 2500 Longhorn in 2022.
Bought my Ram 2500 Longhorn in 2022. First oil change I went to Fletcher on Warden Road. My service advisor talked me into buying the 3 oil change package. Went in for the last oil change and was told your package expired last month. My windshield washer pump went out in July of 2024, Fletchers service department order a new one, I called back and was told “we will call you when it comes in” well I called them again last week and it’s been in since August 2024. No one called me about it, now Fletcher Service Department is refusing to replace it under warranty because my warranty expired in December. You guys sure care about your customers.
