I brought a referral to Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson and the sales process started smoothly. The issue occurred in finance. The finance manager, Jaff Jafferi, repeatedly pushed add‑on products after multiple clear declines, used personal health stories to pressure the buyer, and was unable to explain the basic structure of the deal when asked. This is not the level of professionalism I expect when sending clients to a dealership. I’m not looking for compensation. I simply expect a clean, professional process for anyone I refer. Based on this experience, I will not be sending additional clients to this location as long as this individual is handling finance. Sales did their part. Finance did not.

Joseph Owens and Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep are absolutely outstanding. And my sales person Mikey was the best. Overall just a great experience purchasing a new jeep. I highly recommend the dealership and staff.

We needed to replace our aging 2014 Jeep Wrangler. We were fortunate that Mikey O'Hanion was there to assist us. We found Mikey to be most knowledgeable about the Jeep brand and able to communicate with us in the way we wanted to be contacted. Whether that be by text, email, phone or in person. Mikey was most personable and didn't lose track that he was working with both me and my wife. The package he put together for us with Jeep/Dealership discounts along with a fair trade in value made us comfortable that our "deal" was a fair one. Mikey was an outstanding representative of Larry Miller Jeep Tucson. This was also our second experience with Finance Director Ayad Jafferi. He is excellent!! Ayad know his stuff and takes the time, as may be necessary, to explain it if you ask or need it. Ayad takes what can be a very tedious experience and makes it actually enjoyable. You can't say that of many Finance Directors in and automobile dealership based upon my prior knowledge. Seek him out if you can. You won't be sorry. Way to go Ayad!
