Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership. We bought a vehicle in July of 2025 and as of 11/6/25, still have not received our plates or registration. We kept getting the runaround from the fianance manager Chase, who consistently lied to us about our registration. Then we moved up to Jesus Alvarez who claimed he would take care of the situation and even gave us his personal cell number (but advised he rarely checks it). Numerous promises, several temporary plates, and still no resolution. Jesus finally answered my text today. My guess is because I advised I was going to the dealerships general manager next and also contacting the AG office. Told today title and registration were processed but could not provide a date. So again, we still sit and wait for the next excuse. Stay tuned.......

I’m really disappointed with our recent experience at Larry H. Miller in Surprise. My boyfriend just bought a brand-new 2026 RAM 2500 Warlock — his second truck from this dealership — and it’s honestly been nothing but stress since the sale. During the buying process, the salesperson was calling and texting nonstop. But once the deal was done, all communication stopped. He reached out daily for 11 days with no response — completely ignored. Then the brand-new truck started having electrical and idle problems almost immediately. He brought it in like they told him to, but was left without a vehicle, no loaner, no rental, no help. For over two weeks, nothing. It’s frustrating to see a loyal customer spend $70,000 and be treated like he doesn’t matter once the sale is done. A new truck should come with excitement and support — not silence and stress. Hopefully management takes this seriously, because customers deserve better after putting that kind of trust and money into a purchase.

Once I paid for my new 2500 ram, I was out of their mind. My salesman Shawn ignored me for 12 days after texting him everyday. Meanwhile he was still calling my buddy who wanted to buy the exact same truck. Sneaky and nasty.
