Oy-vey, we did not have a pleasurable experience at Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale. I had been working with this dealership for a few months. I live in Payson and survived one of the horrific head-on collisions in Payson. My son almost died; therefore, I was car shopping out of necessity. I was working with JW and he had texted me and told me what I was looking for had come in. He shot me some numbers via text and the next day I made the trip down. I drove the vehicle and there was no problem. There was, however, a crack in the windshield. We sat down to negotiate numbers and that is when things became disappointing. I am a disabled veteran and asked for a veteran discount. They told me they were unable to provide a discount. As a disabled veteran I do not have to pay registration on a new vehicle. They took that off the "Fee" line and called that my veteran discount. Furthermore, he didn't take it off the fee line he could only take it off the price of the vehicle, which, shows there is wiggle room in the price, and they previously told me there wasn't. I advised JW that I was going to be paying cash and he said, "we see cash all the time." Finally, we were negotiating over $420. I was adamant that needed to be discounted to eventually pay for a replacement windshield although they assured me it was sealed. Ultimately, they were not willing to come down $420 and there was no deal. Not a veteran friendly dealership in my opinion.

Friendly reminder to stay away from this place.
Friendly reminder to stay away from this place. Their technicians do poor work. Their customer service is even worse, after they screw you over they won’t talk to you. Lastly their leadership is sleazy - Gary the GM ignored my weekly calls for 6 months and corporate was no help!!! Save yourself the headache!!!! Go anywhere, but here. It’s too bad I’m forced to give them 1 star because they don’t deserve it!!!

This is a classic shady car dealerships.
This is a classic shady car dealerships. I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair. It took 9 months to get the part with no contact from service except for my constant follow ups. The part was poorly installed by their team which they failed to take responsibility for. The service manager Adrian ignored my calls for months then blamed lower level staff. The GM, Gary Brewer, is a s dirtbag that took 7 months to call me back. The Chapman corporate office provided no assistance.
