During my test drive my other car that I went there with was swipped by another car causing damage to right side front bumper. the management informed me that they have cameras and can see who it is. told me that I need a police report for them to release footage. as it was end of the year and late they told me to come another day. the next day when I went the absolutely mannerless and rude and disrespectful sales manager that was there lied about not being able to see anything and not understanding why they are involved, even though this happened on company property. he showed absolutely no interest in helping despite the office being there to collect report. he was not willing to cooperate and did not help in any way. this was a absolute horrible experience. mind you, I bought a $76k truck without being rude or trying to haggle the price down, I did everything in under 3 hours. additionally the sales team promised that they would set up an appointment with a 3rd party using their employee discount to be able to AT COST have electric ramps installed on my new truck. it is now over a week later, there is ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLLOW THROUGH, no one has reached out to me to set this up. overall they dont care to represent the company or help the customer just to get a quick sell and then write you off so that you don't bother them so they can move on to the next customers. I dont expect to hear from anyone regarding the ramps although I would have expected them to set up the appointment as they promised they would multiple times and I have texts to prove it. I picked up the truck a day after I bought it and had I not reached out to them most likely they would still have the truck! this is absolutely unacceptable. with all that given it was the end of the year last day, they didnt give me any perks or discounts I expected at the least to have them throw in the ramps for free and didnt given I didnt negotiate AT ALL on the price or anything regarding the truck. I will not be buying future trucks from this location and will not be recommending any of my friend currently in the market for trucks to go here. I think overall the customer service is horrible, and the attention to detail to follow through absolutely reflects that. management is worst than fast food restaurants and really should not be employed dealing with people spending tens of thousands of dollars on a purchase. one of my sells reps was good but clearly an expert sells person the other I felt the needs to ensure he understood my requests as couple times I felt like I he was looking through me. just horrible way to do business. I guess the least and ONLY thing they did for me was I requested they throw in a hat as a first time truck owner. and they did that, although my intention honestly was to see just how they would react and how they would take my request, they did throw it in after I brought it up numerous times.

Austin was a wonderful salesman, he answered every question and made purchasing my the car easy and simple, also even gave pointers about the car which was really helpful and look forward to using it. Overall this dealership is clean, professional, and informative.
