Our salesman Al was nice and helpful.
Our salesman Al was nice and helpful. However, when we came to test drive the truck it was dead on the lot. They checked the batteries before purchase when the truck was running. 3 weeks after purchase when the truck sat for more than a day we uncovered there were 2 different batteries and one was dead on a 2024 RAM diesel truck. We notified the dealership and they were unwilling to replace the bad battery. The salesman said there was a 15 day warranty on engine/transmission that we were not made aware of. We were not offered an extended warranty either which he said would take care of it. BUYERS BEWARE TO CHECK BATTERIES!

Hi Jennifer- We are sorry your experience with our dealership was not perfect, however, we do not have a crystal ball to see in to the future and determine that your truck was going to need a battery 3 weeks after you purchased it. A battery is considered a maintenance item and is not included in the manufacturer's warranty or an extended service contract. As with any pre-owned vehicle purchase, the customer is responsible for maintenance items.

Dishonest service department.
Dishonest service department. So make sure you check or have a mechanic check servicios that were supposedly done. This shop is as dishonest as most back yard mechanics. I can not recommend this shop or the disrespectful service manager.
