Had a pleasant experience. Max was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I had intended to test drive several vehicles before deciding. However, once I drove the Cayenne, I was sold on Porsche.

It turns out someone had hit my car while it was in their care, and no one said a word. That silence alone is troubling. But what’s worse is the aftermath. They did attempt to fix the issue, and I appreciate the effort, but the sensor is still malfunctioning. It now goes off erratically, when before it was perfectly calibrated and accurate. For a car of this caliber, that kind of carelessness is unacceptable. It makes me wonder: are the employees overworked, unhappy, or is something else going on behind the scenes? I don’t want to speculate, but the lack of accountability and attention to detail is alarming.
