Porsche Huntington

I have dealt with many dealership service departments over the years, but none have come close to the consistently exceptional experience I receive from Denise at Porsche Huntington. She is professional, responsive, and outstanding in every respect. I also want to recognize Panos, the sales manager. I have purchased or leased more than eight cars from him over the years, and his honesty, knowledge, and customer-first approach are unmatched. He is the reason I continue to return. Denise and Panos make Porsche Huntington the best dealership experience I have ever had.

I appreciated the video. Thought it was a bit long for an oil change. Denise was very accomdating.

With the exception of delays caused by this situation and dealing with third-party parts distribution who my extended warranty used, the service team was good at Huntington Porsche. I will also add that there were additional parts delays by the dealership not relating to repairs which the car was originally brought in for. All the work was done and the car is running great. But then there were programming delays. I understand it’s a complicated car, but it felt like the dealer was not as well equipped as a dealer should be to expedite these repairs.
