Truly phenomenal customer service

Reviewed by Brenda from Eagle, IdahoApril 23, 2021

I could not be happier with my 718 Boxster S from Porsche of Omaha! Ryan Pemberton was extremely helpful and went out of his way several times to make sure my experience was seamless from start to finish. From the initial contact to the final delivery of my car (across the country), it was a dream come true. I highly recommend Ryan, as he really seams to care about his customers.

Very Dissapointed

Reviewed by Airhoya from Fredericksburg,VAMarch 09, 2021

I realize that purchasing a new or used luxury vehicle remotely can a be very risky experience for any car buyer, especially during the mist of a worldwide pandemic and during a very bad economy. I deliberately choose the Woodhouse Porsche of Omaha dealership due to Porsche organization's superior reputation an history of providing high  quality vehicles and customer service. Unfortunately, I did not receive the high quality vehicle or customer service from this dealership. My initial concerns arised when I received the car and the rear seat belts were basically “chewed through”, a huge detail that should’ve been easily caught in a basic used car safety inspection.  I immediately wondered who and what type of inspection was done on this car? Once I received the vehicle I was shocked when my mechanic told me that the vehicle needed a new transfer case ($5,000 repair) and a upper oil pan gasket repair ($2,500). The manager mailed me a set of replacement seat belts which I had to pay an additional fee to install( $500). It was nearly one month before I heard back from a Woodhouse staff member after emailing them my concerns. I eventually received a call back from the very proffessional and courteous Mrs. Kathy Grimaldi who was extremely sympathic but was not able to resolve my issue after 2 months. Needless to say, as a recently retired active duty service member it was so disappointing to see how this dealership treats its customers and its Nation's service members. My advice would be to avoid the Woodhouse Omaha Porches dealership at all cost. Extremely Disappointed

No responses

I requested a quote for a new Porsche Cayenne lease. They asked some questions (mileage, trade-in, downpayment, etc.) then never responded. I'll look more local for a dealer that will respond to me, virtual sales is extremely important at this point due to the pandemic and given the fact they are a couple hours from where I live.
