Just wanted to say how great Kelly is in the service department. Have worked with her a number of times and she is extremely pleasant, communicative and detailed. Prices have been reasonable for regular service and repairs. Thanks Kelly.

Got a new 2018 911 from Porsche Westwood. After signing the paperwork, they failed to disclose to me that the car was over a year old from manufacturer production. After re-signing the paperwork, I accepted the fact that it was sitting a year because of the discount. Needless to say from there, the car runs rough upon cold start and even when running warm. Secondly I have a rear popping noise in my back passenger side suspension and once the car has warmed up on idle there is a constant ticking noise. I agreed to have their field tech manager look at this but they insist that I am there however I travel every week. The service manager has said that I "fail to accept their findings" but yet I have agreed to have them take the car but they won't unless I am there. The owner Dave Rosenberg in an email even said lets agree to disagree. Then just today I was having my car washed like I do every week, when I was speaking with the owner of the car wash that I know well. He pointed out that my weeks are actually high gloss finish, the dealer didn't even clean them and I was under the impression they were matt finish. Out of the 27 cars I have had, I have never had to deal with such dishonesty but much less , I dont care attitude. So in short, I have a car that runs rough, has a ticking/knocking noise and the back right rear suspension pops but I am told this is normal.

Since I am unable to change my existing review, I wanted to provide an update. Porsche Westwood really exceeded my expectations yesterday and worked with me on the issues I am having with my car. With that being said, I am bringing it in so they are able to diagnose. Very impressed with their quick response and they overall relationship has really turned around to a positive experience both on the sales side and their service operations. Thank you!
