I took my porsche to Tom Wood Porsche this week for a scheduled service visit. The service intake person was courteous and reviewed every detail of the service plan with me for approval. I was surprised to get a text with a narrated video from the service technician showing the completed work on the car and pointing out potential problems (tire tread wear). I received a text link to the final invoice for approval. Everything was very professional.
