In late August of 2025 I made an offer on a 2023 BMW
In late August of 2025 I made an offer on a 2023 BMW 850ix convertible that Napleton Westmont Porsche had available for sale on CarGurus. They counter offered and then I countered that. The salesman I was dealing with said he would get back to me by that afternoon. But he didn't - very unusual for a car salesman not to get back to a potential customer. So, that evening I looked online at the car and lo and behold, they had jacked up the car's price by $5,000 and then ultimately sold it a few days later after marking it down to a lower price than before and to a price at which I would have purchased! The bottom line is that I would never trust this dealership and shame on them!

I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
