Steven was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He was also quite personable and made the entire experience pleasant. He listened to all of our individual needs and made sure to answer each person’s questions and concerns. Unlike with most car purchases or salesmen I’ve encountered over the years, Steven helped make this a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone. First impressions make a difference. There’s a tendency to judge people by their looks. Not being critical of any person in general. When someone comes and writes a check for $ 200,000 one expects a bit more of a personal touch. This is for you guys to assess I’m not paid to do that , very simply put. Thanks for asking
